Hi! I’m Kelli, a certified RYT-200 yoga teacher who focuses on chakras. I began my yoga journey in 2013 after taking dozens of classes and falling in love with the practice. I joined a teacher’s training program in 2020, and the rest is history!
As a mom who has been in healthcare for over a decade, I understand firsthand how stressful a career in the medical field can be. From long hours at work to constant exposure to illness and stress at our jobs, healthcare workers go through a lot.
The adverse effects of my job became evident when I became a mother during COVID-19. I struggled to balance a baby and my career, and I only had time to care for others and not myself. The more I gave of myself at work and home, the less myself I felt when I looked in the mirror. After many years of stress and this toxic cycle, I knew something needed to change: I had to find a better work-life balance—and fast.
When I discovered yoga, my entire life changed for the better. For the first time in years, my mental well-being and physical health were in a good place. Finally, I was able to find the balance I so desperately needed. Now, yoga is often the only thing that keeps me sane. Most importantly, yoga continues to help me find a better balance between being a mom and healthcare worker.
Today, I help working moms in healthcare reduce stress through chakra yoga. During our sessions, we work through the disconnect between the healthcare setting and being a mom and focus more on self-care. We also find ways to reduce other stressors so that you can cope better in a healthcare environment. Our sessions give you much-needed time to focus on yourself and feel resilient and confident as a woman and a mom.
Together, through the power of chakra yoga, we can push through the muddy waters and bring beauty and light back into your life….just like the lotus flower!
