Frequently Asked Questions

I offer single private sessions and private 4-week sessions.

My classes are for working moms in healthcare to increase their mindfulness & wellness by adjusting, opening, and balancing chakras through yoga.

Each private session lasts approximately one hour.

My studio is virtual.

Starting from the base of our spine up to the crown of our head, we have seven main chakras. In short, chakras are subtle energies that radiate throughout our bodies and determine how we maneuver in life physically and emotionally. Through various sounds, colors, yoga postures, mudras, visualizations, mantras, affirmations, meditation, scents, breathing techniques and foods, incorporating chakras into your daily yoga practice brings the body and mind to their most balanced state.

$300/4-week session ($75/week)
